Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Bokera, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of Bokera, regardless of subscription status.
2. About Bokera
Bokera is an iOS app designed to help small service businesses - such as caterers, event planners, birthday organisers, and freelancers - manage bookings, track payments, and organise client information. Bokera is developed and operated by Anaz Noushad, trading under the name Lunipod.
3. Account Registration & Security
To use Bokera, you must sign in using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or an email OTP. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your account with others. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at support@lunipod.com.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Plans & Pricing
Bokera offers two auto-renewable subscription plans:
- Monthly - $9.00 per month
- Annual - $84.00 per year (equivalent to $7.00/month)
Both plans include a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period.
Payment
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of your free trial if you do not cancel beforehand. All billing is handled by Apple - we do not collect or store any payment information.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
How to Cancel
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Bokera. Cancelling stops future renewals but you retain access until the end of the current paid period. We do not offer refunds for unused time within a billing period.
Free Trial Terms
The 14-day free trial is available to new subscribers only. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.
5. Your Responsibilities
By using Bokera, you agree to:
- Use the app only for lawful purposes related to your business
- Enter accurate information about your clients and bookings
- Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the app or its backend services
- Not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the app
- Not use the app to store or transmit any illegal or harmful content
- Comply with all applicable laws, including data protection laws in your region
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for how you use that data in your business operations.
6. Intellectual Property
Bokera, its name, logo, design, and all content within the app are owned by Anaz Noushad / Lunipod and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your personal business purposes. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of Bokera is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how it is stored, and how it is used. By using Bokera, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Bokera is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunipod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Bokera, including but not limited to loss of business data, loss of revenue, or loss of clients. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Bokera at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Bokera at any time by cancelling your subscription and uninstalling the app. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Bokera shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the revised version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of Bokera after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with any changes, please stop using the app and cancel your subscription.
